Scarlett's Auto Services is an established family business that has grown through our local reputation and our excellent standard of workmanship. We will work on any vehicles but we specialise in Mercedes Benz and SMART vehicles. Our workshop is fully kitted out with all the latest diagnostic equipment for all vehicles, including the very latest Star Diagnostic equipment for Mercedes. Our Technicians are fully qualified and constantly being trained on the newest and latest tech. We also have specially trained Mercedes Technicians who are certified to work on any model of Mercedes Benz or SMART vehicle. Our workshop includes a full MOT testing station for Class 4 tests. We are happy to take on your everyday servicing requirements and also specialist larger jobs.
We utilise the latest in Advanced diagnostic equipment which helps us to rapidly and safely diagnose problems with your vehicle. This is compatible with most makes and models of car.
We also have access to Advanced Mercedes Star Diagnostic equipment, supplied by Mercedes themselves, ready for all models of Mercedes vehicle and ECU programming.
As part of our commitment to our customers we offer a complete parts and labour guarantee for total peace of mind. We will inspect your vehicle and contact you prior to any repairs. No repairs are carried out without your authorisation. We aim to be completely up front with our costs and have no hidden charges.
We strive to ensure that your vehicle is repaired as quickly as possible to ensure we keep you on the road. Loan cars are available subject to availability.
We will thorougly check your vehicle for faults using the latest in diagnostic equipment. You will then be notified of any work identified and costs that could be incurred.

I have a 2004 SLK 350 R171 which I intended to take to France to rally in September. Scarlett Auto Service’s listened carefully to my concerns, and with attention to detail ensured that not only was it fit to take to Bordeaux, but that I won the overall rally beating an Aston Martin, Porsche, Jaguar & Ferrari over 2 days. Had no issues at all for the entire trip. Not bad for an 18 year old car. What I really like about this friendly & accomplished garage is that they fully engage, include you in the process, and nothing is seemingly too much trouble. I had, for example, a problem with the wing mirror motor assembly and Scarlett’s went to some trouble to source an affordable original second hand replacement. Something that previous garages had not attempted. The work I requested was done to a very high standard; with a wide range of expertise being shown; they invited me to inspect their work: & importantly I am always made to feel welcome. As a fussy Mercedes owner I trust them implicitly & would not take my car anywhere else.

I use Scarletts Auto Services to look after my Ford Escort RS Cosworth. Stuart and his team have always been very professional, reliable and trustworthy and I feel totally at ease leaving my car with them. I would highly recommend Scarletts.

This is a great garage very honest and fantastic service. All the staff are experienced Mechanics. They are always very busy which is a great indicator of their quality work. I would highly recommend.
